Dave is passionate about helping his friends, family and social network buy and sell real estate to support their passions and dreams. He and his family have lived in the Reno-Tahoe area for sixteen years and are proud to call Verdi, NV home. Born into an outdoor and sports loving family in Portland, OR, Dave attended Colorado State University and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Natural Resources Management, and worked for almost two decades to broker water and land deals across the country that balanced the needs of people, fish and wildlife.  Dave loves being with people, solving problems, admiring design, talking strategy and negotiating deals, all which make real estate an exciting part of his professional portfolio. Dave's goal is to make buying and selling real estate enjoyable, efficient and thorough based on transparent and systematic process that is founded on open communication and good data. If he's not working with clients, you'll find Dave fly fishing, skiing or snowboarding in the mountains across the west.
